I’m giving you a tool that I use to help keep myself on track and conscious of what I put in my body and how I treat my body.
Let’s be honest: we all love to cheat, but we might think twice about that candy bar if we know we have to be accountable for it by having to record it in our journal.
This might not work for everybody, and I am not a health professional, but it works for me, and I do it consistently. I see improvements in my health daily.
