Whew... I am amazed and slightly embarrassed by the reaction of my body when reading this... The affect it had on me was breath taking at times... Pantie melting for sure.

Tina brings together an intriguing plot with raw passion and explosive sex scenes. This novella has it all. Its a complete package.

Oriana is a beautiful, smart, and witty lady who is unsure of herself and the marriage that was arrange for her. She doesn't know what to expect. So she decides on a plan of action but will her new husband agree?

Nico a handsome playboy vampyr doesn't want to get married. He makes an agreement that changes all that leaving him no choice. He is soon standing face to face with a beauty who is now his wife.

From the very first page you are pulled into the Venice Vampyr world. You will not want to put it down. This novella gives you more into the Venice vampyr world. We are introduced to more of the vampyr's

Hoffentlich kommen die Bücher auf Deutsch raus! Andererseits bin ich mittlerweile gut im Übersetzen....Da das erste gratis war und ich Folsom gerne lese, hat mich das auf mehr süchtig gemacht und es war echt gut! Wie immer in meinen Rezensionen nix zum Inhalt, den kann man aus der Inhaltsangabe entnehmen. Auch hier ziemlich derselbe Plot: Vampir trifft unvermutet auf Frau, die etwas aus dem Rahmen fällt. Dann das übliche: ich mag dich nicht, du bist sexy, ich habe aber ein Geheimnis, ach egal, lass uns vögeln. Aber das ist alles so nett und auch spannend verpackt, dass es Spass auf mehr macht. Da muss es doch noch mehr Jungesellenvampire geben...? Klasse finde ich, dass die coolen Kerle alle mal so Knall ! vor die Wand laufen, weil Frau einfach nicht so ist wie andere und mal schon gar nicht alles macht was man ihr sagt. Und so starke Frauen haben dann auch so geile Typen verdient!

Ms. Folsom packs an amazing wallop into such a compact package. The Venice Vampyr series follows a group of vampires trying to protect themselves from the self-styled vampire hunters called the Guardians. This installment gives us the story of Nico and Oriana.

As always, the story is a blend of danger and erotica. Nothing too deep, it is a novella, after all, but satisfying none the less. There were a couple of places where the language deviated from the time period (describing his physique as ripped, for instance) and a couple of small editing issues. I can forgive all that, though, because the story is so well written and luscious. The characters come to life amazingly well and the emotions shine through.

Although the story could be read on its own, I'd recommend reading it as part of the series. I'd place the heat level at 8/10. I look forward to the remaining stories in the series, especially the pompous Marcello.
